SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping & Delivery

We currently only ship within New Zealand (no outlying islands e.g. Waiheke, Chatham Island, Stewart Island, etc.) . While we strive to deliver goods in the time frame we specify, we cannot guarantee or accept liability for deliveries made outside of this time frame. As we rely on third party shipping companies to facilitate our customer deliveries for us, we cannot accept liability for out of pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries.

All orders will take approximately 1-3 business days to process. All deliveries will take approximately 7-30 business days after processing, to be completed. Kindly note that delivery times can vary due to holidays or limited edition launches.

We cannot be held liable for deliveries that are affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers between carriers or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back-end charges incurred.

IMPORTANT: We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete or incorrect destination information. Please ensure you enter the correct shipping details when checking out. If you realise you have made an error in your shipping details, kindly e-mail us at kim@stemplay.co.nz as soon as possible.

 

RETURN POLICY

Replacement

In the event where the product received comes with manufacturing defects, buyers are entitled to request for a product replacement within 7 days of receiving the item. Because of the nature of wood, knots and other minor imperfections may not be deemed as defects. To request for a replacement, buyers are required to provide photographic evidence of the product’s manufacturing defects to kim@stemplay.co.nz. If the case is deemed valid, STEM & Play will cover related cost to deliver a replacement. STEM & Play reserves the right to replace only the individual defected parts of a set.

After 7 days of receiving the item, buyers can no longer request for item replacement for any reason.

 

Free Product

We do not offer replacements nor returns on any free products, for any reason whatsoever.

 

Changes on Orders

Buyers are allowed to make changes to orders placed, within 24 hours of making their purchases and before the orders are fulfilled. Additional charges will be incurred by the buyers for any changes made to the orders after 24 hours of making their purchases.

Buyers cannot cancel their purchases 24 hours after their order was placed. After 24 hours, your order has already been placed in production and can no longer be modified.
